Based on the vacant quotas in our graduate programs, candidates on the reserve list who are entitled to register may complete their final registration by uploading the required documents to the system.

Final Registration Procedures

Required Documents for Final Registration (Documents inside the red box must be uploaded):

• Final Registration Information Form (Click here).

• Master’s or Bachelor’s diploma (can be obtained from e-Government).

• Transcript (must include graduation date, scanned in JPEG or PDF format).

• Passport-size photo taken within the last six months (JPEG or PDF).

• National ID card or T.C. Identity Card (JPEG or PDF).

• ALES Exam Result Document (not required for non-thesis programs).

• Foreign Language Exam Result (YDS, YÖK-Dil, or equivalent exams – required for Doctorate and Psychology programs; not required for non-thesis programs).

• Receipt of first installment of tuition fee (required for Evening and Distance Education Non-Thesis Master’s programs). [Click here for the Tuition Fee Table]

Registration fees must be paid online using the candidate’s Turkish ID Number and Full Name into the account below. Candidates who do not pay within the registration dates will have their registration canceled, and the process will continue with the reserve list.

Special Note: Martyrs’ relatives, veterans, and disabled candidates may send their documents to lisansustukayit@karatekin.edu.tr to benefit from tuition fee discounts under the Presidential Decree titled “Decision on Tuition Fees and Contributions to be Collected from Students in Higher Education Institutions for the 2025-2026 Academic Year”.

Important Notes

• Documents must be complete and uploaded to the system. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

• In case of forged or fake documents, registration will be canceled and legal action will be taken.

• Applications by mail or in person will not be accepted. Registrations are online only.

• The photo, ID card, etc., uploaded during the application phase will be used in official processes. Those not meeting the standards must upload a proper one at the registration stage; otherwise, the student ID card will not be issued.

• The “military status document” is required only for male students. Due to a system error, female applicants may also be prompted to upload this document. In that case, uploading a blank PDF/JPEG file (e.g., an empty page) will be sufficient to proceed with registration.

Additional Notes

• Students already enrolled in another graduate program must cancel their current enrollment before registering at our Institute (except for non-thesis master’s programs).

• After final registration, you may obtain your Student Number via:
  https://obsogrenci.karatekin.edu.tr/OgrenciSorgulama/Index
  → Enter your Turkish ID number in the “Identity Number (Required)” field and check the “I am not a robot” box. (Do not fill in “Mother’s Name” and “Father’s Name” fields).

• You must obtain your Institutional E-Mail via: https://ekampus.karatekin.edu.tr/Login/LearnMailAddress

• Course registrations: September 15–19, 2025 via https://ekampus.karatekin.edu.tr/

• Male candidates requesting military deferment must notify the Institute after registration.
