Thesis Writing Guidelines
The principles regarding the use of the thesis writing guidelines and thesis templates for graduate students registered under the Institutes of Science, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, and Fine Arts of our University, as well as students registered under the Graduate Education Institute, have been discussed and resolved as follows:

Students who are currently enrolled in the Institute of Science, Institute of Social Sciences, Institute of Health Sciences, and Institute of Fine Arts shall continue to use the thesis writing guidelines and thesis templates belonging to their respective institutes.

Students registered in the Graduate Education Institute who entered thesis defense during the 2025–2026 Fall semester or who were granted an additional period for revisions shall continue to use the thesis writing guidelines and thesis templates of the respective institutes.

Students registered in the Graduate Education Institute shall use the new thesis writing guidelines and thesis template starting from the 2025–2026 Spring semester and thereafter.
